We are Indexio ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), and we operate the website https://indexio.app.

Indexio provides tools to save, organize, and rediscover content you consume online, such as links, articles, documentation, tutorials, videos, and references (collectively, the "Content"). The Services may include features like tags, collections, search, metadata enrichment, and optional AI-assisted functionality.

Certain features may be limited, experimental, or subject to change while the Services are in beta.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or GLBA). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the Services in a way that would violate these regulations.

BETA Service Disclaimer

Indexio is currently offered in a "beta" version and is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• The Services may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or other issues that could result in data loss or unexpected behavior. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Intellectual property rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Services, including the software, source code, databases, design, and all content made available by us. You may not use the Services in a way that infringes on these rights.

User content

You retain ownership of any content you create, submit, or store using the Services, including saved links, titles, descriptions, notes, tags, and other materials ("User Content").
